This was sitting around on my laptop for a few days...thought I should upload it (I thought I was gonna add more to it but I'm busy finishing a comic for my dear friend :icongengoodstick: ^_^ ).

I think it's fine the way it is now anyway! :D
I'm aware there are easier ways of making snow. But my version of photoshop isn't as flexible as the newer ones, lmao.

Enjoy and I hope it helps some of you.

I used photoshop elements 5.0, if anyone's wondering. So I'm sure this tutorial will work for other versions.
Sorry for any spelling errors. I'm too lazy to fix them at the moment. :XD:

Oh my gosh, thank you~ I needed snow in the background for tis character and I didn't liek the effect photoshop elements 7's snow brush was giving me. So, you just saved the quality of my drawing~~
